No. Our primary clientele consists of builders, contractors, retailers, and licensed professionals in the cabinet and construction industry.

Yes. NKBC provides delivery services to customers within a 60-mile radius of our warehouse in Maryland. For all customers who request delivery, we will make a reminder phone call the evening before. Typically, we send out reminders (via text message, phone call, and/or email) when the orders are out for delivery.

Product Questions

Our cabinetry is constructed entirely from maple wood, including doors, drawers, frames, moldings, corbels, posts, and decorative elements. We use plywood for the main structure of the cabinet. We do not use any pressed woods or particle boards.

We exclusively use tempered glass for our cabinets, which is a type of safety glass that is more durable and safer, reducing the likelihood of injury. We offer both clear and frosted glass inserts, and clear glass shelves, which are sold separately.

We do not sell countertops.

Yes, but only to authorized NKBC contractors, dealers, builders, and retailers.

Product Warranty & Company Policy

Cabinets can be returned or exchanged (as long as the order is still under warranty) for store credit. There are no charges for approved returns within 10 days of the pickup/delivery/ship date. After 10 days, a 25% handling/restocking fee will apply. Products must be in resalable condition and accompanied by a receipt or a paid invoice without exceptions. Store credit will be issued at the time of the merchandise return. Absolutely no returns or exchanges are allowed on any assembled or modified cabinets and special orders such as sinks, faucets, handles, knobs, accessories, closeout items, etc.

NKBC offers delivery to customers within a 60-mile radius of our warehouse in Maryland. For all customers who have requested delivery, we will make a reminder phone call the night before. We typically send out reminders (via text message, phone call, and/or email) when the orders are en route.

If a customer cancels a delivery or changes the delivery date last minute, we may charge a cancellation fee. All delivery orders are placed onto the truck the evening before the scheduled delivery date. As a courtesy, if you think you might need to delay or cancel your delivery, please contact us in advance (at least 3-5 business days) to avoid a cancellation fee.

Yes. Customers are expected to pick up their orders as scheduled. Orders left in our warehouse become a hazard and are subject to damage as they may be moved around to make way for other orders/activities. Delayed pickup/delivery/shipping, including assembled cabinets, are subject to a storage fee of $20.00 per day. If you anticipate a possible delay, please contact NKBC in advance (at least 3-5 business days) to avoid storage fees.
